O CRYOGEN.30 é o “arrefecido a água” de N2 líquido “arrefecido a água” da F-DGSi.

Utilizando um design fiável de “Cryo-refrigerator” de tecnologia de cabeça fria e compressor de hélio, o gás nitrogénio é então produzido utilizando a tecnologia PSA que é arrefecida a 77K (-196°C) para produzir nitrogénio líquido.

Os geradores são controlados utilizando a mais recente tecnologia de ecrã tátil HMI para visualizar o processo em tempo real, mostrando o nível de líquido do depósito, a produção de azoto PSA, proporcionando um sistema totalmente automatizado com o toque de um botão e acesso remoto para controlo de diagnóstico.

O azoto líquido pode ser distribuído utilizando uma mangueira isolada a vácuo de 1,5 metros. Com água de arrefecimento ou refrigerador de água fornecido, o sistema pode funcionar até uma temperatura ambiente de +52°C, tornando-o adequado para funcionar em qualquer parte do mundo.
