Der CRYOGEN.30 ist der
„wassergekühlte“
Flüssig-N2-Generator von F-DGSi.

Unter Verwendung eines zuverlässigen ‚Cryo-Kühlschranks‘ mit Kaltkopf-Technologie und Helium-Kompressor wird das Stickstoffgas mit Hilfe der PSA-Technologie erzeugt, die auf 77K (-196°C) gekühlt wird, um flüssigen Stickstoff herzustellen.

Die Generatoren werden mit der neuesten HMI-Touchscreen-Technologie gesteuert, die den Prozess in Echtzeit anzeigt und den Flüssigkeitsstand im Dewar, die PSA-Stickstoffproduktion und ein vollautomatisches System auf Knopfdruck mit Fernzugriff zur Diagnosekontrolle ermöglicht.

Der flüssige Stickstoff kann über einen 1,5 Meter langen vakuumisolierten Schlauch abgegeben werden. Mit dem mitgelieferten Kühlwasser oder der Wasserkühlung kann das System bis zu einer Umgebungstemperatur von +52°C betrieben werden und eignet sich somit für den Einsatz überall auf der Welt.
