利用可靠的 “低温冰箱 “设计、冷头技术和氦气压缩机，然后利用 PSA 技术生产氮气，并将氮气冷却到 77K （-196°C），生产出液氮。
发生器采用最新的人机界面触摸屏技术进行控制，可实时显示工艺流程、露天蒸发器的液位、PSA 氮气生产情况，只需轻触按钮即可实现全自动系统，并可通过远程访问进行诊断控制。
液氮可使用 1.5 米长的真空绝缘软管进行分配。 在提供冷却水或冷水机的情况下，该系统的运行环境温度可达 +52°C，适合在世界各地运行。
