Compressed air is an essential means of production and transportation. It must be dry, oil free and clean, which avoids the best stops of production.
Apart from proven refrigeration drying or adsorption drying processes, membrane drying technology now offers new possibilities and advantages when the application is suitable.

The generation of membrane compressed air dryers convinces with its astonishing compact construction using only synthetic anti-corrosion materials. It works without noise, without mechanical movement, and requires no electrical connection.
This versatile, agent-free system is very compact and can be easily installed on different types of applications

The membrane air dryers will supply oil and particulate free dry compressed air to atmospheric dewpoint as low as -40°C (-40°F) maximum. Others dew point reduction can be achieved to reduce the purge air consumption. The only maintenance required is changing the prefilter cartridge once each year.
